2-12-2022 This morning, Liam had a half of a ham and cheese sandwich. He didn't reject it when I feed him, probably because he's hungry in the morning.  He took a small bite and grandma feed him the rest.   Liam has been able to respond with "ya" very quickly now. Sometimes it take some prompting, but, when he does it himself, we praise him.  His diet currently consist of protein, carb and veggies. Proteins are usually chicken, tofu, beef, or wild salmon.  2-10-22 The weather is hot, hot, hot. We are experiencing a week long, high 80's temperature, where I'm not sure if we're still in the winter season. Liam keeps wanting to go outside and play in the yard. None of us last very long outside as the heat makes us very uncomfortable.   Liam's teacher said she wasn't able to do any progress report as he doesn't have the attention span to answer her questions. She said he doesn't know how to color or trace. I knew he couldn't, yet it still hurts to hear it being confirmed. A few months ago this is the same teacher that told us he might not even need special education since he's pretty advance in some academic areas.  His ABA session was a little easier today. We're trying  to get him to respond with "yes or yea."  We used his favorite snacks as reinforcers. It seems like "yes" has been lost in his speech. Everything is a NO.
